How long can I go for?

With most placements you can choose to go for upto 6 months. During the summer period we can arrange placements for less than three months.

If you can spare the time, we would normally recommend 6 months, as you will get so much more out of the experience the longer that you are there.

Will it affect the cost?

Yes, the longer you go for the more the placement will cost. However the longer you apply for the more cost efficient it will be on a day to day basis. We encourage all participants to consider going away for six months although we appreciate this may not always be possible.
