How does the selection process work?

We want to ensure that you are suitable for your chosen placement, so that you get the most from your gap year.

First of all, we ask you to fill an application form and let us know of someone who can provide a reference (for certain placements we ask for two referees).

We then invite you along to one of our Interview Days near Redhill in Surrey where you and other applicants will have an informal interview, complete team tasks and have the chance to meet us and ask questions. Parents or friends are welcome to attend a special briefing for them at the start of the day.

You will be contacted shortly afterwards to confirm whether or not you have been accepted for your placement. Most people are successful in their application.
