Our teaching placements are in primary and secondary schools in either San Pedro Sula or Copan Ruinas. You will be involved in assisting the teachers at the school to teach Conversational English up to GCSE standard.

Our orphanage placements are located in the city of San Pedro Sula. You will have the opportunity to work and play with the children and help and assist the staff whilst the children are at school. It is possible to do some teaching as well. The children are aged between 4 years old and 20 years old!

If you work as a D.J. you must have a serious interest in music and music production, good, confident spoken Spanish, and a willingness to work at anything from going live on the airwaves through to sweeping the floors.

If you want to go to the bird park in Copan you must have a serious interest in birds and conservation.

If you work in the hostels in either Utila or Trujillo (it is possible to do both!) you need to be able to turn your hand to anything, a positive attitude is a must.  You will work long hours.  You could be in the kitchen one day, behind the bar the next, and cleaning rooms the next.
