The village of Chaldon is situated on the road between the town of Caterham to the east and the village of Merstham to the west.

The office is about two miles away from Caterham railway station which offers a good and frequent service to London. Trains take less than 45 minutes to complete the London Victoria to Caterham journey.

There is a taxi service available from the station to the office. Details are available on request.
